Every home is handled with complete privacy, sensitivity and discretion. We never photograph or share your home, belongings or name without written permission. We work with a limited number of clients at a time, and nothing is removed, donated, relocated or purchased without your approval.

Is this a cleaning service?
Not only. The heart of our work is decisions, zoning, systems and storage that last. Because the MIB Care Team has also delivered professional deep cleaning in Mumbai homes since 2013, cleaning can be included where it helps, but the organising system is the centre of the service.
Will I be forced to throw things away?
No. You remain in control. Nothing is discarded, donated, relocated, or purchased without your approval.
Can you work with my household staff?
Yes. A key outcome is a clear maintenance system that your household staff can understand and continue, with a simple handover at the end.
Do I need to be present throughout?
Your level of involvement is flexible. Many clients join the key decision moments and leave the rest to us. Decisions about personal belongings are always made with your consent.
Do you source storage products?
Yes, where appropriate, after an assessment and with your approval of every item and cost.
