Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mission India Beautification LLP, through its MIB Care vertical (MIB Care Team, "we"), collects and uses your personal data when you use missionindiabeautification.com/care, contact us, or book our services. We are the Data Fiduciary for this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Data we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address or locality, property type and size, service needs, photos you share of your space, and messages.
• Volunteer and collaboration enquiries: name, contact details, organisation and availability.
• Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referral source, through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records anonymised taps, scrolls and page views so we can improve the site; it hides what you type into forms.
• We do not collect financial account details on this site. UPI payments are handled by your payment app and bank.

The enquiry form on our Contact page does not store anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message, and we receive it only when you press send.

When you use our online booking, the details you enter (name, mobile number, area, address, home size, services, date, amounts and any UPI reference) are saved to MIB Care Team's private booking sheet, run on Google Workspace, so we can confirm your booking and call you back. If you enter your mobile number and leave before booking, we may contact you once about that enquiry. We also record which page or advert brought you to the booking page.

2. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries, schedule a free home audit or site visit, send quotes, and deliver and invoice services.
• To send service reminders and, with your consent, care tips and offers. You can stop these at any time.
• To organise community clean-ups you sign up for.
• To improve the site, understand which guides help readers, and keep the site secure.

We process your data based on your consent, or for uses the law allows, such as a service you have asked for. We collect only what each purpose needs.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with our service team for your booking; with service providers who work for us, such as website hosting, analytics, WhatsApp Business and email tools, who must protect it; and with authorities when the law requires. Clicking a link to a seller takes you to their site, whose own privacy policy then applies.

4. Your home and your privacy

Our team does not photograph your home without your permission. Before and after photos are used publicly only with your written consent, and we never name clients or show identifying details without consent.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 24 months after our last contact and billing records for as long as tax law requires, usually 8 years. After that we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold and who we shared it with; correct or update it; erase it when it is no longer needed; withdraw consent, as easily as you gave it; and nominate a person to act for you. Write to our Grievance Officer below. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then work less well.

9. Security

We use reasonable security safeguards, including HTTPS, access limited to people who need it, and trusted providers. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
