By using missionindiabeautification.com/care (the "site"), run by Mission India Beautification LLP through its MIB Care vertical (MIB Care Team), you agree to these terms.

1. Guides are general advice

Our care guides share what our professionals have learned on real jobs. They are general information, not a guarantee of results. Surfaces, materials and products differ. Test any method or product on a small hidden area first, follow the maker's instructions, use gloves and ventilation, and never mix cleaning chemicals, such as bleach with acids or ammonia.

2. Products and affiliate links

We do not sell the third-party products shown on the site. When you buy through a link, your contract is with that seller, whose terms, prices, warranties and returns apply. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

3. Our services

Prices for MIB services exclude GST unless stated. Online bookings are priced from the floor area you enter and are governed by our Booking & Service Terms. Commercial spaces are quoted after a site visit. Bookings are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or email.

4. Your content

If you share photos, comments, stories or volunteer posts with us, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not show anyone without their permission. You allow us to use them on the site and our social channels, with credit where you ask. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive or off-topic.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy the site for commercial use, scrape it, upload malware, impersonate anyone, or use it to harass, spam or break the law.

6. Intellectual property

The MIB Care Team name, gold shield logo, guides, photos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Any other use needs our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage from using the guides or third-party products, or from a site interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

8. Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

10. Grievances and contact

For a complaint about content on the site, contact our Grievance Officer, Nitin, at help@missionindiabeautification.com or 98337 56486. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
